SDR VERIFICATION KIOSK

A database is as good as the frequency of updates on it. To ensure continuous integrity of the database, all enrolees must be made to re-verify themselves once or twice a year (depending on agreement and logistics possibilities). The process will be done randomly by taking the re-verification stations to designated centers at various times in the year.
The consequence of not re-verification by an employee will be automatic suspension from the AFIS database. This will prevent leakages through unreported cases of death, migration, resignation etc.
Verification kiosks will be used for this phase. Verification kiosks are self attended, standalone system that check and re-verifies staff identities.

Desktop or Laptop models are also available for deployment based on the condition of the location or site.

A Time and Attendance Software module is packaged with the kiosk for generating Presence, attendance and movement reports.

TIME AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT

A Software module for Time and Attendance Management is available as an option for deployment of the Verification Kiosk. The Time and Attendance Software will process every Thumbprint verified by the kiosk and the result can be used to generate Attendance Reports, Presence Reports and even Movement Reports.
